Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern distance sales of products (L’Écrin Pause Nomade™ ready to gift, sewing kits) and digital content (PDF tutorials) offered on this website to consumers.

2. Products and prices

Products are described on the site. Prices are in euros, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code), excluding delivery costs. As items are hand-sewn, slight variations in fabric or finish may occur.

3. Orders

The order is concluded after cart validation, acceptance of these terms and payment. A confirmation is sent by email.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order, by credit card or Apple Pay, via Stripe. Livia Salvatore has no access to your bank details.

5. Delivery

Physical products are shipped within 48 working hours. Delivery costs: France, €5 to a Pick-up Point or Locker (Mondial Relay) or €7 home delivery (Colissimo), free to a pick-up point for orders of €80 or more; Italy, €7 to a Pick-up Point or Locker (Mondial Relay) or €15 home delivery (Colissimo), no free delivery; other countries, contact us at liviacreatif@gmail.com for a delivery quote. Digital content is available immediately after payment.

6. Right of withdrawal

For physical products you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, via the “Withdraw from contract here” page or by email. For digital content, you lose this right if you requested immediate access and expressly waived your right before downloading (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Items personalised at your request are excluded. Return costs are at your expense. Details: return policy.

7. Legal guarantees

The seller remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Contact: liviacreatif@gmail.com.

9. Disputes
