Return and withdrawal policy

Courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

You have 14 days

You may withdraw from an order for a physical product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Use “Withdraw from contract here” or write to liviacreatif@gmail.com. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email.

Returning the product

Send the item back within 14 days after your withdrawal to: Livia Salvatore, 8 Rue Auguste Rodin, 91120 Palaiseau, France. It must be in resalable condition (unused, unwashed). Return costs are at your expense.

Refund

Your order (including standard delivery) is refunded within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, via the payment method used. It may be delayed until the product is received or proof of shipment is provided.

Digital content (pattern and PDF tutorial)

If you requested immediate access and waived your right when ordering, the PDF is neither taken back nor refunded, except for non-conformity.

Damaged or non-conforming product

Email liviacreatif@gmail.com with a photo: repair, replacement or refund under the legal guarantee of conformity.
