Contact and withdrawal forms: name, email, message, order details. Orders: payments are processed by Stripe, which is responsible for your bank data; we only receive the information needed for the order and delivery.

Answering your requests (legitimate interest), fulfilling and delivering your order (contract), meeting our accounting and legal obligations.

Retention

Messages: 3 years maximum after the last exchange. Orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).

Recipients and hosting

Cloudflare (hosting), Web3Forms (routing messages and declarations to the seller’s mailbox), Stripe, carriers. Some of these providers are outside the European Union and use appropriate safeguards for transfers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google.
